About Pastoral Care

Pastoral care services provides spiritual support as well as a liaison for family clergy and hospice. There are times that clients and their families reach the end of life and feel a need for spiritual support. Hospice of Jefferson County offers pastoral care for both clients and their families if desired. Chaplains live within the area served and are nondenominational for hospice care. Chaplains can assist in a variety of ways including prayer, support, and spiritual guidance.
