The Jefferson County Treasurer’s office would like to remind everyone that the 1st half of property taxes is due December 20th.   We have several options to make payment.   We are open if you would like to come into the office, we have a drop box installed on the courthouse steps for your convenience, online payments, or you can mail payments in as long as they are postmarked by December 20th without penalty.
