You can get an advance ballot mailed to your home and avoid the lines at the polls on Election Day. Click on the link below to access the Secretary of State's website. Select the form "Application for Advance Voting Ballot". Fill out the form, sign it and email, mail or fax the form to the County Clerk's Office. Email-lbuttron@jfcountyks.com Fax-785-863-3135 Mail-PO Box 321, Oskaloosa, KS 66066. An advance ballot will be mailed to you. After you have voted the ballot mail it back to the Clerk's office. It has to be back in the Clerk's office by close of polls on election day to be counted.
