If you would like the convenience of voting prior to election day you can apply to vote "advance". Application forms are available through the link shown below. The link link will take you directly to the Secretary of State's website where you can print off an application. Fill it out and email or mail it back to the Jefferson County Clerk's office at PO Box 321, Oskaloosa, KS 66066. Advance voting will begin on October 17th and run through noon on November 5th. Advance ballots can be mailed up until Friday November 2nd.
