The 9-1-1 communication professionals are the first representatives of local government to interact with citizens in need. Without leaving our workplace, we are the first public safety persons to arrive at the scene.

Jefferson County Emergency Communication's duty is to serve as a vital link in the communities we serve, linking law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical personnel resources to the citizens and visitors of Jefferson County.
