The Jefferson County Local Emergency Planning Committee meets quarterly at the Jefferson County Sheriff's Annex Training Room / EOC located at 1230 Walnut Street, Oskaloosa, Kansas, 66066. The final meeting of each year will be the Training Exercise Planning Workshop (TEPW) when exercises and training programs will be coordinated for the following year.
